Objection to Continued Registration of Particulars Relating
to Candidates on Ballot Papers
Subject to section 22 of the Particulars Relating to Candidates
on Ballot Papers (Legislative Council and District Councils)
Regulation, any person may object to the continued registration
of an abbreviation of the Chinese name or the English name
of a prescribed body and an emblem of a prescribed body
or a prescribed person.
The completed objection form and all relevant documents
should be submitted to the Chief Electoral Officer (Address
: 10th Floor, Guardian House, 32 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai,
Hong Kong) on or before 15 April 2012. Objections received
after 15 April 2012 will be processed in the next annual
registration cycle which starts on 1 January 2013 and ends
on 31 December 2013.
