Relating to Candidates on Ballot Papers
Subject to section 22 of the Particulars Relating to Candidates on Ballot Papers (Legislative Council) Regulation, any person may object to the continued registration of an abbreviation of the Chinese name or the English name of the prescribed bodies and an emblem of the prescribed bodies or prescribed persons. An objection must be made in the relevant specified form, which may be obtained from the District Offices or the Registration and Electoral Office. The completed form must be submitted to the Chief Electoral Officer (Address: 10th Floor, Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road , Wanchai, Hong Kong ).
