The following forms should be completed and submitted to the Returning Officer at the time of the submission of nomination form or before the close of the nomination period (8 November 2006) -

-	Completed grid paper (an original and a photocopy) ;

 

-	Intention to Display Election Advertisements at Designated Spots [REO/C/20 (2006 ECSSE)].

The above-mentioned forms may be obtained from District Offices, the office of the relevant Returning Officer or from the Registration and Electoral Office, 10th Floor, Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
