Replacement of Registered Particulars Relating to Candidates on Ballot Papers

Subject to sections 24 and 25 of the Particulars Relating to Candidates on Ballot Papers (Legislative Council and District Councils) Regulation, a prescribed body or a prescribed person may apply for the registration of particulars to replace the same kind of particulars that is registered in relation to the body or the person.

Current Registration Cycle

The completed application form and all relevant documents should be submitted to the Chief Electoral Officer (Address : 10th Floor, Guardian House, 32 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) on or before 15 April 2012. Applications for replacement received after 15 April 2012 will be processed in the next annual registration cycle.

Next Annual Registration Cycle

Starts on 1 January 2013 and ends on 31 December 2013.
