The following declarations must be submitted to the Returning Officer when submitting the nomination form -

The following forms should be completed and submitted to the Returning Officer at the time of the submission of nomination form or before the close of nominations (1 March 2007) -

The above-mentioned forms may be obtained from the Returning Officer, or from the Chief Electoral Officer at the Registration and Electoral Office at 10th Floor, Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
